Register for MOE Kindergarten

4. Receive outcome and accept offer

You will be notified of the registration outcome by Thursday, 31 March 2022 via e-mail. If you do not receive it, contact the MK you applied to.

Check for the outcome e-mail in your junk folder in case the message is incorrectly flagged as spam.

If you have applied directly at an MK after the online registration period, the kindergarten will contact you if there is a vacancy for your child.

Acceptance of offer

If your child is offered a place, you will need to indicate your acceptance online via a link in the outcome e-mail by the specified deadline. By accepting the offer of admission to the MK, you have agreed to the conditions as stated in the letter of offer.

Upon acceptance, you may be required to submit supporting documents. The MK will contact you only if it is applicable to you.

Additional information to note

Vaccinations requirements

The offer is conditional on your child receiving at least one dose of measles and three doses of diphtheria (primary series) vaccinations by 11 September 2022. You will be informed by the MK before 11 September 2022 if you are required to submit proof of vaccination.

If your child is offered a K1 place via EYC admissions

For children who are offered a K1 place in the partner MK via EYC admissions, MOE’s offer of a K1 place is subject to the following conditions:

  • MOE’s offer of a guaranteed MK place will expire after 15 March 2022.
  • Your child must remain enrolled in the N2 level of the same EYC until 31 December 2022.
  • Your child must be an SC or PR on the day they enrol in the MK.
Registering for Primary 1 (P1) under Phase 2A

While SC and PR MK children are eligible to register for P1 under Phase 2A during the P1 Registration Exercise for admission to the respective primary schools their MK is located within, admission is not guaranteed as balloting will be conducted when the number of registrants in Phase 2A exceeds the school vacancies.
