Register for MOE Kindergarten

4. Receive outcome and accept offer

You will be notified of the Open Admissions (OA) registration outcome by Monday, 15 April 2024 via e-mail.

If you do not receive the outcome e-mail, you should check the junk e-mail folder. Otherwise, you can contact the MOE Kindergarten (MK) directly.

Acceptance of offer

If your child is offered a place, you will need to indicate your acceptance through the link in the outcome e-mail by the specified deadline.

By accepting the offer of admission to the MK, you have agreed to the conditions as stated in the letter of offer. Upon acceptance, the MK may contact you to submit supporting documents.

Vaccinations requirements
The offer is conditional on your child receiving at least one dose of measles and three doses of diphtheria (primary series) vaccinations by 11 September 2024. You will be informed by the MK before 11 September 2024 if you are required to submit proof of vaccination.

Child being offered a Kindergarten 1 (K1) place via EYC admissions
For children who are offered a K1 place in the partner MK via EYC admissions, MOE’s offer of a K1 place is subject to the following conditions:

  • The offer of a guaranteed MK place will expire after 31 March 2024.
  • Your child must remain enrolled in the Nursery 2 level of the same EYC until 31 December 2024.
  • Your child must be an Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident on the day of enrolment in the MK.

Registering for Primary 1 (P1) under Phase 2A
While SC and PR children from the MK are eligible to register for P1 under Phase 2A of the P1 Registration Exercise for admission to the respective primary schools their MK is located within, admission is not guaranteed as balloting will be conducted when the number of registrants in Phase 2A exceeds the school vacancies.
