We recommend making a callback or walk-in appointment at your preferred timing, as you may have to wait 15 to 30 minutes or more during our peak periods.
Book an appointmentIn view of the COVID-19 situation, services at MOE Customer Service Centre (CSC) will be strictly by appointment only to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, staff and community. No walk-ins are allowed. Please book your appointment 2 days in advance of your intended visit.
Customers visiting the MOE CSC will be required to observe safe distancing and safe management measures. You must wear a mask at all times and register your visits via SafeEntry.
Please reschedule your visit to MOE CSC if you or your accompanying person:
- Are currently on Stay Home Notice (SHN) or Quarantine Order (QO).
- Have any fever or flu-like symptoms.
- Had close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 14 days, except for COVID-19 frontliner workers or individuals who have recovered within 3 months of their first positive PCR COVID-19 test.

- Retrieve past years' GCE examination results via SkillsPassport at MySkillsFuture portal and view it on OpenCerts at no cost.
- Email the completed application form to us, and we will arrange to send you a physical copy of your SOR via postal mail at $10 per copy.
