We encourage you to book a call so that you do not have to wait. During our daily peak period between 11am and 2pm, the waiting time may be at least 15 minutes.

Visits to the MOE Customer Service Centre (CSC) is strictly by appointment only and for selected services that cannot be completed online or over a call. Please book your appointment at least 2 days in advance.
