About MOE Kindergarten (MK)
MK aims to provide quality and affordable Kindergarten 1 (K1) and Kindergarten 2 (K2) education to Singapore Citizens (SC) and Permanent Residents (PR).
The curriculum is designed by MOE specialists with a focus on holistic development, purposeful play, bilingualism and a smooth transition to Primary One.

Our services
MOE is piloting the Full-Day Model at MK that integrates learning, play and care, fully run by MOE staff. This model is currently offered at MK@Rivervale and MK@West View in 2027, and will be progressively rolled out to all MKs by 2030.

All other MKs offer a 4-hour programme by MOE. You can choose from:
- Morning session (8am to 12pm)
- Afternoon session (1pm to 5pm)
If you require full-day service, you can register for Kindergarten Care (KCare), which provides care before and after the MK programme within the same premises.

Partnership with Early Years Centres
If your child is 2 months to 4 years old, you can consider our partner Early Years Centres (EYCs) operated by E-Bridge Pre-school, My First Skool (MFS) and PCF Sparkletots (PCF). Eligible children in the EYCs are guaranteed a place at a partner MK.
