Supplementary Admissions Exercise for International Students (S-AEIS)

2. Eligibility criteria

Your child should sit the tests suitable for their age.

Use the checker below to find out:
  • The tests your child should sit.
  • The educational level your child may be placed at.
  • For primary school applicants: The minimum score your child has to attain in the Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) test before submitting an S-AEIS application.

Check for the age-appropriate tests for your child

If your child had applied for Primary 5 admission through the 2023 AEIS and was unsuccessful, they may:

  • Apply for Primary 4 admission through the 2024 S-AEIS, provided they meet the permissible age for the level. Use the checker above to verify their eligibility.
  • Submit their CES score from their B1 Preliminary for Schools test taken within 12 months before the submission date of their 2024 S-AEIS application.

If your child was a former student in our mainstream school and currently seeking re-admission, you should:

  • Clear any fee arrears before submitting a request. Find out more about fee payment.
  • Submit this form for an assessment of your request.
