Supplementary Admissions Exercise for International Students (S-AEIS)
Application periods for 2026 S‑AEIS
From Monday, 2 March 2026 to Friday, 6 March 2026.

From: 9am on Thursday, 8 January 2026
To: 4.30pm on Wednesday, 14 January 2026 - Secondary levels
From: 9am on Friday, 9 January 2026
To: 4.30pm on Thursday, 15 January 2026
From Monday, 2 March 2026 to Friday, 6 March 2026.
3. How to apply
To apply:- Create an account for your child in the Candidates Portal (CP). Find out how to do so in the S‑AEIS user guide for CP (521KB).
- Read through the Instructions to Candidates (321KB). (You must also read the instructions in the entry proof after your application is confirmed, as these will inform you of any important updates.)
- Submit an online application form in the CP.
- Upload JPEG or PDF copies of:
- Your child’s birth certificate. If it is in other languages, you have to submit an accurate English translated copy.
- Your child’s passport bio-data page. Their passport should have a validity of at least 6 months.
- (Primary school applicants) Your child’s statement of results for the relevant Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) test taken from January 2025 for the 2026 S‑AEIS Primary online application. There is no need to submit the Cambridge English certificate.
- Additional documents such as marriage certificate that may be required.
- Pay fees through credit card or debit card (preferred modes). You can also pay through PayNow. These fees are non-refundable:
- S-AEIS Primary: $340
- S-AEIS Secondary: $630
