3. How to apply

To apply:

1. Create an account for your child in the Candidates Portal (CP). 
2. Submit an online application in the CP.
3. Upload JPEG or PDF copies of:
   • Your child’s birth certificate. If it is in other languages, you have to submit an accurate English translated copy.
   • Your child’s passport bio-data page. Their passport should have a validity of at least 6 months.
   • (Primary school applicants) Your child’s statement of results for the relevant Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) test taken from January 2026 for the 2027 S-AEIS Primary online application. There is no need to submit the Cambridge English certificate.
   • Additional documents such as marriage certificate may be required.
4. Pay fees through credit card or debit card (preferred modes). You can also pay through PayNow. These fees are non-refundable:
   • AEIS Primary: $340
   • AEIS Secondary: $630

GST at the prevailing rate is chargeable on these fees.
