Supplementary Admissions Exercise for International Students (S-AEIS)

  • Applications for the 2023 S-AEIS have closed.
  • S-AEIS tests will be conducted in person. They will be held in Singapore on Tuesday, 21 February 2023 and Wednesday, 22 February 2023.
  • We will no longer offer the English test for international students seeking admission into our primary schools. Your child must take the relevant Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) test run by Cambridge Assessment English (CAE), and attain the minimum score before they register for the S-AEIS Primary Mathematics test.
  • There is no change in format for the S-AEIS Secondary tests.

1. Overview

The Supplementary Admissions Exercise for International Students (S-AEIS) is for international students seeking admission to Primary 2 to 4 and Secondary 1 to 2 in the same academic year.

Admission is not guaranteed, and is subject to your child's performance in the tests. If successful, placement will be based on the available vacancies in our schools and your declared residential area, where possible.

Important information for overseas applicants

You should submit an application only if the applicant is able to enter Singapore. You may refer to the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) websites for the latest travel and health measures before entering Singapore.
