4. Application status
Check the Remarks column in your child's Candidates Portal (CP) account from time to time in case you are required to submit additional information or documents.You can also view your application status in CP:

| Pending | Your application has been submitted. |
| Registered (At least 4 weeks from day of submission) |
Your application has been approved. |
Receive entry proof
If your application is approved and payment is successful, you will receive an email in February 2024 before the test dates informing you to download your child’s entry proof from the CP.Find out how to retrieve your child’s entry proof in our user guide (286KB).
Enquiries on your application status will not receive any replies. You should refer to the notifications and banners in CP for updates on your application status.
For technical support, raise a case using the online form in CP under Non-national Exams. You may email the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board at SEAB_AEIS_S-AEIS@seab.gov.sg for urgent cases.
