Tuition Grant application process
4. Sign the Tuition Grant (TG) Agreement
- After the application period, you and your sureties will receive email notifications to sign the TG Agreement digitally.
- You will receive an email to sign the agreement first, followed by your first surety, then your second surety. Ensure that the signing is completed by the deadline.
- After all parties have signed, you and both sureties will receive an email with a link to download the TG Agreement within 14 days.
Log in to the TG&S Portal to verify your TG status about 3 weeks after the end of the signing period. You can also download the agreement from the portal.
If you or your sureties did not receive the emails, check your junk mail folder.
Changing of sureties after signing the agreement
- Log in to TG&S Portal to submit a "Change of Surety" request. You are only allowed to submit the request once, to change either one or both of your sureties.
- You and your sureties will receive email notifications to sign a Variation Agreement.
- If changing one surety, you are required to sign it with the remaining surety and the new surety.
- If changing both sureties, you are required to sign it with the two new sureties.
