Facilities Management
Diploma in Facilities Management prepares you for an exciting facilities management career with property developers and owners, service providers, government agencies and statutory boards. The course will equip you with the skills to manage different types of building assets, from managing operations, to maintenance and integrating new technologies. Exploring IoT, sensors, building information modelling, digital asset delivery, data analytics and visualisation and other relevant technologies supporting the operations, maintenance, and management of facilities. The course also provide an understanding of the environmental and sustainability concepts, certification schemes and asset enhancement strategies that contribute to sustainability and operational efficiency.
