Integrated Community Care
The Diploma in Integrated Community Care is a comprehensive programme designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in various community health and social care settings. This programme emphasizes a holistic approach to care, integrating health, social, and community services to ensure comprehensive support for individuals across diverse populations.
Throughout the course, students will develop competencies in providing person-centered care, with a strong focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of chronic conditions. The curriculum is designed to foster a deep understanding of the interconnected nature of health and social care, enabling graduates to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and efficient care.
Applicants with colour vision deficiency, visual impairment or hearing impairment may encounter difficulties meeting the course requirements and expectations, and may be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine their suitability for admission.
