Sport & Exercise Science
The Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science is a comprehensive programme that equips students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to understand the science behind human movement, fitness, and performance. It covers key areas such as anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, psychology, and nutrition, with a strong emphasis on applying these principles in sports, exercise, and health settings.
