2. Selection outcomes
Your child will receive the application outcome by Friday, 28 August 2026. There are 3 possible outcomes and some students may receive offers from multiple schools:

Your child has a reserved place in the secondary school. What your child needs to do:

Your child may be given a reserved place in the school if other students with confirmed offers did not take up the offer. What your child needs to do:
In previous years, about half of the students on the schools’ wait lists were eventually given a place. |
| Unsuccessful | Your child was not given a place through the DSA-Sec, and must take part in S1 Posting, if eligible. |
Students with a confirmed offer or on a wait list can submit up to 3 school preferences from 9am on Monday, 19 October 2026 to 4.30pm on Friday, 23 October 2026.
