Applied sciences, engineering or info-communications technology course

  • English Language (Syllabus A): A grade of 1 to 4.
  • Mathematics (Syllabus A or Additional): A grade of 1 to 4.
  • 3 other best subjects, excluding CCA: A grade of 1 to 5 for each subject.

For graduates in business & services or hospitality

  • Mathematics (Syllabus A or Additional): A grade of 1 to 4.
  • 3 other best subjects, excluding CCA: A grade of 1 to 5 for each subject.

If you have taken the O-Level examinations for some subjects

If you have sat for any subjects at the 2019 O-Level examinations, or sat for Mother Tongue at the 2018 O-Level examinations, you may convert and combine these grades with your N-Level results to apply for the DPP. You can use the following converted grades to compute your ELMAB3 aggregate score.

O-Level Grade Converted Grade
A1-B3 1
B4-C6 2
D7-E8 3
  • The O-Level grade of F9 and N(A)-Level grade of U will not be considered for computation of the ELMAB3 aggregate score. If you have taken the same subject at both the N-Level and O-Level examinations, the better of the 2 grades will be used to compute your ELMAB3 aggregate score to determine eligibility.
  • Eligibility does not guarantee placement in a DPP course. Learn more about the eligibility requirements.
  • If you have accepted an offer through the ITE EAE and meet the above requirements, you are eligible to apply for the DPP.
