4. After your DPP

After completing the Higher Nitec course, you will need to meet the following GPA to qualify for a polytechnic diploma course:

Applied sciences courses

For progression to first year: At least 2.5 points, excluding CCA bonus points

You must pass a Mathematics elective at ITE, or have scored C and above for Mathematics at O-Level.

Engineering or Info-communications Technology courses

For progression to first year: At least 2.5 points, excluding CCA bonus points

For progression to second year: At least 3.5 points, excluding CCA bonus points

You must pass a Mathematics elective at ITE, or have scored C and above for Mathematics at O-Level.

Business and services courses

For progression to first year: At least 3.0 points, excluding CCA bonus points
