In the last moments before we move to a new building, the spaces in Angsana Primary School remain abuzz as we have our lessons. Due to the pandemic, there are delays in moving but this building continues to shelter our Angsana family. We continue to learn in the many spaces we hold dear to our hearts. The garden remains our favourite space to explore. The open spaces, iconic to older school buildings, echo the discussions of bright young minds.

It was my first time watching a performance in school. I felt proud of my friends who were performing on stage. It was my first time experiencing Primary 5 camp. I learned about teamwork and got to know my friends better. I became a more outdoorsy person. These precious moments were possible because our teachers are caring and supportive towards our learning.

Our teachers dressed up in ethnic costumes and accessories to commemorate an unforgettable Racial Harmony Day. Through laptops and widescreens, they reminded us of the significance and reason behind this annual commemoration. We had a “Dance Off” competition where each class eagerly moved to ethnic tunes. Grooving to the beat with our classmates, we had a memorable experience understanding different cultures through music and dance.
