Public Service Commission Scholarship (Teaching Service) (PSC-T)

If you are interested to apply for the PSC Scholarship (Teaching Service) which is administered by the Public Service Commission, you may apply via the PSC Gateway Portal.

Applications are currently open from 1 September 2025 to 15 March 2026.

Qualification type and application window
  • Polytechnic Diploma

The application window will open from 1 February 2026 (Sunday) to 21 February 2026 (Saturday). Please check back for the application details when the window opens.

  • Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' Level
The application window will open from the date of the release of the GCE A-Level results to 19 March 2026 (Thursday). Please check back for the application details when the window opens.        
  • International Baccalaureate
  • International and other qualifications

The application window will open from 15 October 2025 (Wednesday) to 19 March 2026 (Thursday). Please submit your application via FormSG by the stipulated deadline. Please note that all applicants will be considered for the full range of MOE Teaching Scholarships and Award.

  • NUS High School Diploma

The application window is open from 1 December 2025 (Monday) to 20 January 2026 (Tuesday). Please submit your application via FormSG by the stipulated deadline. Please note that all applicants will be considered for the full range of MOE Teaching Scholarships and Award.

The application process will require interested candidates to submit an online application form, complete with the necessary supporting documents.

Supporting Documents

The supporting documents required for your application (scanned or digital copies) will include:

  • Certificates of academic qualification obtained (e.g. GCE O-level, GCE A-level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, NUS High School Diploma, Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent).
  • Integrated Programme (IP) Year 4 school results (IP applicants only)
  • School testimonials (for Junior College, Polytechnic, Secondary School or equivalent)
  • Co-curricular Activities (CCA) Records (for Junior College, Polytechnic, Secondary School or equivalent)
  • Full-time National Service (NS) Certificate of Service and Testimonial (if applicable)
  • Other relevant supporting documents (e.g. ABRSM certificate for music candidates)

You may wish to prepare the supporting documents before you begin to fill up the application form. You are also encouraged to check that you have submitted all the necessary supporting documents as there could be delays in the processing of applications with incomplete supporting documents.

We encourage interested applicants not to wait till towards the end of the application window to submit your applications. For those who submit their applications to us earlier and are shortlisted, we will be able to schedule you for interviews and other selection processes at an earlier date.

Interview
In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 4 weeks of the close of the application window. Applicants who are shortlisted will be invited for an interview. You may be scheduled for other selection processes.
Outcome
Following your interview, our recruitment team will carefully evaluate all interviewed candidates. If you have not heard from us within 3 weeks after your interview, your application is still being actively considered.
