Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Associate or ICT Manager

As an ICT Manager or ICT Associate, you play an important role in promoting and supporting the school’s digital learning ecosystem, creating an innovative and engaging learning environment for students to fulfil their potential.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to work closely with MOE Digital Excellence and Products Division to implement new initiatives that are aligned to the curriculum needs of the school and learning experience of our students.

Responsibilities and Competencies
You will support the school leaders and management team in planning and implementing ICT plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Promote digital transformation by providing advice on suitable ICT tools and applications to be embedded into the school's ICT plans.
- Guide teachers in their adoption and use of good ICT practices, tools and applications for teaching and learning (T&L), and train the school staff in adopting digital tools to enhance staff productivity and optimise workflows.
- Support ICT infrastructure management, including putting in place essential ICT security measures.
- Track the usage of ICT funding, supporting the HOD ICT with adequate solutions to monitor its utilisation.
Requirements
- Passion for ICT, with an innovative spirit to drive digital transformation in schools.
- A collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills and able to multitask.
- Prior experience and/or expertise in ICT systems and knowing how to leverage digitalisation and training users in adopting digital tools would be an advantage.
- The job requires travelling between schools and HQ sites.
Salary and Benefits
Your starting salary will be up to $4,400.
