Application

Submit a complete application with your latest supporting documents (e.g. resume) to facilitate the processing of your application.

In addition to permanent opportunities, suitable candidates may also be considered for shorter-term 1-year Adjunct contract appointments in the Administrative Executive or Corporate Support Officer roles.

After submitting your application, you may check your its status via Careers@Gov. Applicants can generally expect to hear from us within 4 weeks after the close of the application window. Applicants who are shortlisted will be invited for an interview.

25 Sep to 18 Dec 2026

Selection

If you are shortlisted, your profile will be placed on a central register and made available to schools for consideration until 18 Dec 2026.

During this period, interested schools may contact you for further assessments, such as interviews or work trials, to determine your suitability for the role. If you are not contacted by any school by 18 Dec 2026, your application will be deemed unsuccessful.

Successful applicants may be posted to primary schools, secondary schools, junior colleges or centralised institute, based on organisational requirements.
