GCE O-Level subjects and categories

Subjects are grouped into specific categories that fulfil the requirements of different aggregate score types for admissions to post-secondary institutions. Learn about it.

To calculate the score of a particular aggregate type, only the grades of subjects from specific categories can be considered.

Private candidates cannot take some subjects. Visit the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB)'s website for more information.
