When considering DSA-JC option, think about:

Think about your commitment to developing your talents in the chosen DSA area, in that particular school. Shortlist schools that offer the programmes and activities you are talented in.

Selection processes and schedules

Schools have different selection processes, criteria and schedules. Visit the schools’ websites to learn more.

Academics

Think about whether a JC education is what you want, and choose schools that best suit your learning pace, ability and strengths.

If you are a Singapore Citizen, financial assistance and scholarships are available to help you attend the school of your choice.

Students accepted through DSA-JC still need to qualify for JC admission based on their O-Level examination results.

Location and transportation

Think about transportation options for how you will get to school.

Note: If you do not wish to apply for a JC through DSA-JC, you can still participate in the Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE), in which you will be posted based on your O-Level examination results.
