Edusave awards and scholarships: Receive award
2. Receive award
Notification letter
Edusave award recipients will receive a notification letter from MOE.
Award ceremony
Award recipients will also receive an invitation letter from their Constituency Office (CO) with details of the award ceremony.
If they did not receive the invitation letter from their CO, or are unable to attend the ceremony, check with the Community Club (CC) on how to collect the certificate and receive the award monies. Find out which CO you are currently served by.
Students in special education (SPED) schools will receive details from their school. The award ceremony will be conducted by the school.
Receive award monies
You should register your child for PayNow before the award ceremony by linking the student’s Singapore NRIC or birth certificate number to a bank account.
For students who have attended the ceremonies, their respective COs will submit the attendance list to MOE. MOE will process the payments based on the submitted attendance list. The PayNow payment will be made within 1 week from the time MOE receives the submission from the COs.
For students who are unable to attend the award ceremonies in 2026, the last day for payout via PayNow is:
- Thursday, 19 March 2026, for students in primary schools, secondary schools, specialised schools, junior colleges and Millenia Institute.
If you are unable to register for PayNow for your child or if PayNow disbursement is unsuccessful, MOE will contact you to submit your child’s bank details via FormSG.
The monies will be credited to your child’s bank account approximately 2 weeks after we receive their bank details. You will receive a confirmation letter by mail after the credit is successful.
Award monies will not be credited into a parent’s personal bank account or given in cash.
