- Private candidates can obtain replacement copies through the Candidates Portal.
- School candidates can approach their schools for assistance.
Education records
MOE and its schools do not keep school leaving certificates, results, transcripts, or report cards.
If you need proof of your education but do not have the original documents, find out what you can do:
For School Graduation Certificate (SGC)
The SGC is an official document issued by MOE to students who graduated from:
- Mainstream secondary schools from 2007.
- Junior Colleges and Millennia Institute from 2006.
SGC was not issued to graduates before these years.
If you misplaced your SGC, contact us to purchase a Certified-True-Copy of the SGC at $10 per copy.
