4. Appointment and training commencement

If you meet all the Ministry's requirements and are selected for appointment, you will receive an invitation to complete the Appointment Formalities through which the terms and conditions of employment will be shared with you.

If your application is unsuccessful, you will be informed via email. Alternatively, you can check your application status anytime via Careers@Gov.

Training

As a newly appointed MK Programme Officer, you will be supported by a structured development journey tailored to your role. You will go through a dedicated training package and a separate onboarding programme, specially designed to equip you with the knowledge and competencies needed to excel in your role.

MK Programme Officers can also look forward to a variety of in-service training and professional learning opportunities, with milestone professional development programmes at key stages of your career to support your continuous growth.
