Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholars

Upon graduation, scholars will be immersed into the business as management trainees on a 2-year Graduate Programme. The Programme aims to develop a pool of diverse talents with a strong understanding of the supply chain industry, while also grooming them for future leadership roles in ST Logistics, Toll Group and Japan Post. Through a structured training programme that includes on-the-job training, scholars will be exposed to various businesses as well as being mentored by experienced business leaders.

On completing the Programme, ST Logistics will deploy graduates into the business based on their strengths and preferences where their potentials can be realised.

During employment, ST Logistics scholars will also look forward to development support to be part of the pool of diverse future logistics leadership talent across Toll Group and Japan Post, with a strong understanding of the transport and logistics industry.
