Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholars

During the scholar’s university studies, PIL will engage the scholar on updates and activities that occur within the company. During the term breaks, the scholars will join PIL as interns, to gain insights to PIL’s business, people and culture as well as the global maritime industry.

Upon graduation, they will join PIL as Management Associates and accelerate their growth with rotations to PIL’s key business functions. During these two years, they will have networking sessions with Management, global exposure via On-the-Job Training, business trips and overseas attachments and be groomed into all rounded leaders.
