EXEO Global Pte Ltd is the global headquarters facilitating the operational and strategic management of overseas subsidiaries for Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime listed EXEO Group, Inc in Japan.
EXEO Global was established in 2018 in Singapore to drive the growth of businesses outside and to invest in new businesses and technologies that would complement the overall Group’s offerings.
EXEO Global's primary business is in Managed Services and the company currently has subsidiaries in the space of M&E engineering services, ICT infrastructure and supply chain technologies that have operations globally. EXEO Global also continually invests in new businesses and technologies that complement the offerings of the Group’s companies.
Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholars
During their undergraduate periods, scholars will take up internship with EXEO Global and Group companies. EXEO Global's event participation will be extended to scholars to enable them to stay connected with the organisation. As part of the internship, scholars will have an orientation to settle in and learn about EXEO Global businesses. Scholars will also be given opportunities to work with cross-business or departmental projects to help them discover what they are capable to achieve. They will also network with the leadership team to present an overview of the results of the projects they have worked on and celebrate their learning experience.
Upon graduation, scholars will be assigned to a department that leverages on their strength to work and further develop new skills with new experiences. A supervisor will be appointed to coach and identify areas for potential growth. Performance will be reviewed on an annual basis based on merit performance and aptitude. Scholars will be placed on accelerated development path to balance scholar’s career goals and succession planning of EXEO Global and Group companies.
