Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholars

GLOBALFOUNDRIES (GF) believes that talents are imperative to the growth of the company and provides limitless opportunities for professional and personal progression.

GF has a set of stringent criteria and a limited number of scholarships are granted with the intent to groom high potential talents into the company’s future leaders through this pool of scholars.

Scholars will be placed into specially designed training programs and receive mentorship from seniors to accelerate learning. In the structured program, scholars are immersed into their roles through on-the job training, technical skills and knowledge as well as soft skills training such as personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and many more. Opportunities are also provided to scholars to identify their own strengths through cross-functional team collaborations as well as participation in project management.

Through these, scholars will be guided to decide their career paths ahead — either in technical or management tracks.
