4. Accepting an offer

If you are offered the scholarship, the sponsoring organisation will provide you with the offer letter and the letter of undertaking.

If you choose to accept the offer, you must sign and return the letter of undertaking to the sponsoring organisation by the deadline stated in the offer letter.

Important note

If you received multiple offers, you can only accept one.

If you accept more than one offer, you are liable to a penalty and the sponsoring organisations may retract their offers. You are also not allowed to hold other undergraduate scholarships concurrently.

If you have submitted your signed letter of undertaking, but decide not to take up the scholarship, you will also be liable to a penalty.

Changes to your course of study for Full-Term scholarship applicants

If you want to change your course of study after accepting the scholarship offer, you must consult your sponsoring organisation before making any changes.

If you are not accepted into an approved course of study required by your sponsoring organisation after accepting the offer, you will not be awarded the scholarship, and you could be subjected to paying a penalty.

Minimum academic standards

You are required to pass all official modules and be on track to complete your Degree with honours. You should check in with your sponsoring organisation on the expected academic standard.
