Request assistance for JAE application

If you need help with your JAE application, you can submit a request for assistance. Different documents are required depending on your request.

The JAE Request Form is available 4pm on Wednesday, 14 January 2026 to 4.30pm on Monday, 19 January 2026.

Types of requests and supporting documents

 
Guidelines for submission:
  • Supporting documents can be in jpeg or pdf format.
  • Compress the documents into a zip file before uploading. The maximum file size should not be more than 7MB.
  • Late or incomplete submission will not be processed.

After request submission

  • Ensure that you remain contactable via phone and email.
  • Our team will get in touch to follow up on your request on the same day or latest by the next calendar day during the JAE application period.
  • If we cannot reach you, we will be unable to process your request. No replies will be considered after the JAE application period ends at 4.30pm on Monday, 19 January 2026.
