Request assistance for JAE application

If you need help with your JAE application, you can submit a request for assistance. Different documents are required depending on your request.

The JAE Request Form is available from 4pm on the day of the O-Level results release and ends at 4.30pm on the last day.

Types of requests and supporting documents

 
Guidelines for submission:
  • Supporting documents can be in jpeg or pdf format.
  • Compress the documents into a zip file before uploading. The maximum file size should not be more than 7MB.
  • Late or incomplete submission will not be processed.

After request submission

  • Ensure that you remain contactable via phone and email.
  • Our team will get in touch to follow up on your request on the same day or latest by the next calendar day during the JAE application period.
  • If we cannot reach you, we will be unable to process your request. No replies will be considered after the JAE application period ends at 4.30pm on the last day.
