2. Submit application
You should submit your application online from 4pm on Thursday, 11 January 2024 to 4pm on Tuesday, 16 January 2024 (tentative).
All applications must be completed by 4pm on Tuesday, 16 January 2024 (tentative).
Log in to the JAE Internet System (JAE-IS) with your Singpass:
- If you are facing issues with Singpass, learn how you can resolve them. If you still cannot log into JAE-IS, submit a request for assistance.
- You can refer to the JAE-IS User Guide for the step-by-step instructions.
- If you are inactive on JAE-IS for more than 15 minutes, you will be logged out automatically. Any information that you have entered will not be saved.
If you sat for the 2023 O-Level examinations
- Once you have logged in to the JAE-IS, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your application. Refer to the JAE-IS User Guide for the step-by-step instructions.
- Once you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive a verification slip through the email address that you have provided in the JAE-IS. Please check your inbox, junk or spam folder.
- If you did not receive your verification slip, try logging out and logging back in to the JAE-IS. If you can view the verification slip online, your application has been submitted successfully. If you cannot view the verification slip after repeated attempts, contact us for assistance.
- If you need to amend your submitted choices, you can only do it through the JAE-IS during the JAE application period.
- Make sure that your contact number and email address in JAE-IS are correct. If not, you can update them in JAE-IS during the JAE application period.
- If you need to update us of the change in your citizenship or residential address or encountered other issues in the application process, submit a request for assistance during the JAE application period.
If you sat for the O-Level examinations before 2023
- Once you have logged in to the JAE-IS, submit a request for a compilation of eligible courses.
- This service is available from 4pm on Thursday, 11 January 2024 to 11.59pm on Monday, 15 January 2024 (tentative), and takes about 6 hours to process.
- It is unavailable on the last day of JAE application on Tuesday, 16 January 2024 (tentative).
- After 6 hours, you can log in to JAE-IS again to check the courses you are eligible for based on your past O-Level examination results.
- If you have taken the same subject in any 2 years, the better grade of the 2 sittings will be used to compute your aggregate score.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your application. Refer to the JAE-IS User Guide for the step-by-step instructions.
