1. Around 140 students from 16 schools participated in the fifth edition of the Chinese Street Dance Competition this year. Jointly organised by the Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning (CPCLL) and local media content company MCC, the competition aims to promote the learning of Chinese language and culture through the universal language of music and dance. The competition finals and awards ceremony were held at Toa Payoh HDB Hub Atrium on 11 May 2024.

2. Minister of State for Education and Chairperson of the CPCLL, Ms Gan Siow Huang, delivered a speech and presented awards to the winning teams of the primary and secondary school, as well as pre-university categories.
