The Malay Language Learning and Promotion Committee (MLLPC) has collaborated with Mediacorp to organise a weekly televised game show titled Cepat Tepat to ignite and sustain students' interest in Malay language and culture beyond the classroom. Held in conjunction with this year's Bulan Bahasa (Malay Language Month), Cepat Tepat will be broadcast on Suria at 8:30pm every Friday from 19 August till 16 September 2022.

2. Targeted at upper primary students, Cepat Tepat will challenge contestants on their knowledge of Malay language and culture through quizzes and activities such as Peribahasa (Malay idioms) and traditional games. Eight primary schools1 will participate in the quarterfinals during the first two episodes of Cepat Tepat on 19 and 26 August, and four schools will eventually compete at the finals on 16 September. Second Minister for Education and Chairperson of the MLLPC, Dr Maliki Osman, will give out prizes to all finalists as Guest-of-Honour on the last episode of Cepat Tepat on 16 September.

3. In addition to the televised game show, students will also be invited to participate in Cepat Tepat's radio programmes on Ria 897 and Warna 942 from 12 to 16 September 2022 to learn more about Malay idioms and win book vouchers by answering questions.
