Questions

To ask the Minister for Education (a) whether schools receive dedicated funding allocation, separate from per-capita operating grant, for student mental health and well-being programmes serving the general student population; (b) if so, what is the average quantum per student; and (c) if not, from which other budgets such programmes are funded.

To ask the Minister for Education (a) what proportion of schools' programme expenditure was directed to student mental health and well-being in each of the past five years; and (b) whether the Ministry will publish this data as a recurring indicator.
