To ask the Minister for Education in view of the expansion of smartphone and smartwatch restrictions to cover all school hours including recess and co-curricular activities from January 2026, what specific enforcement mechanisms, guidelines or standardised disciplinary framework have been provided to schools to ensure consistent implementation.
