Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS)

3. How to apply

To apply:

  1. Create an account for your child in the Candidates Portal (CP). Find out how to do so in the AEIS user guide for CP (510 KB).
  2. Read through the Instructions to Candidates (312 KB). (You must also read the instructions in the entry proof after your application is confirmed, as these will inform you of any important updates.)
  3. Submit an online application in the CP.
  4. Upload JPEG or PDF copies of:
    • Your child’s birth certificate. If it is in other languages, you have to submit an accurate English translated copy.
    • Your child’s passport bio-data page. Their passport should have a validity of at least 6 months.
    • (Primary school applicants) Your child’s statement of results for the relevant Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) test taken from July 2024 for the 2025 AEIS Primary online application. There is no need to submit the Cambridge English certificate.
    • Additional documents such as marriage certificate may be required.
  5. Pay fees through credit card or debit card (preferred modes). You can also pay through PayNow. These fees are non-refundable:
    • AEIS Primary: $340
    • AEIS Secondary: $630
GST at the prevailing rate is chargeable on these fees.
