The Service Obligation grant application is only for international students.

To apply:

  2. If you have been informed that you can apply for Service Obligation grant, you can submit your application through TGonline. Refer to this guide on account activation.
  3. Refer to the application guide provided by your institution to learn more about the application process.
  4. Check the application period with your institution. You must submit your application through TGonline during this period. If you miss it, you are required to pay the full fees.

Making changes to your application

  • You can make changes to your personal information and sureties’ details during the online application period through TGonline.
  • Make sure all changes are completed before you sign the Service Obligation Agreement. You can log in to TGonline to check.
  • If the application period has ended, you can contact your institution for assistance.
