Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Economics
The programme equips students with knowledge in data science and economics, as well as the fundamentals of theoretical and empirical economic analysis.
Diploma holders are eligible up to 20 academic units of module exemptions (Unrestricted Electives). A-Level or Diploma holders may take placement tests for MA2001 and MA2002. Learn more.

Internship
Students can opt to undertake the Undergraduate Professional Internship Programme (UPIP) as an unrestricted elective. The field/industry need not be directly related to the course of study, and students can choose between special term (10 weeks) or regular semester (18 weeks) internships.
Overseas exposure programme
Students in general are eligible for semester-long Student Exchange Programmes (SEP) subject to the following criteria:
- Full-time NUS students
- Complete at least 2 semesters of study at NUS
- Maintain a minimum CAP of 3.0
- Have a good disciplinary record
- Completed or reading SP1541/FAS1101 or its equivalent at the time of SEP application
