Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Economics

Internship

Students can opt to undertake the Undergraduate Professional Internship Programme (UPIP) as an unrestricted elective. The field/industry need not be directly related to the course of study, and students can choose between special term (10 weeks) or regular semester (18 weeks) internships.

Overseas exposure programme

Students in general are eligible for semester-long Student Exchange Programmes (SEP) subject to the following criteria:

  • Full-time NUS students
  • Complete at least 2 semesters of study at NUS
  • Maintain a minimum CAP of 3.0
  • Have a good disciplinary record
  • Completed or reading SP1541/FAS1101 or its equivalent at the time of SEP application
