1. Overview
Roles and responsibilities
- Oversee the leadership and management of the MOE Kindergarten (MK).
- Monitor Kindergarten Care (KCare) service by external operator.
- Plan and organise the curriculum and programmes for the children.
- Manage the deployment, professional development and well-being of staff.

- A passion for preschool education, and the ability to engage stakeholders in the holistic development of children.

Centre Head
- At least 3 years of experience managing a preschool.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Teaching (DECCE-T); or an equivalent qualification.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Leadership (DECCE-L); or an equivalent qualification.
Deputy Centre Head
- At least 4 years of supervisory experience.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Teaching (DECCE-T); or an equivalent qualification.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Leadership (DECCE-L); or an equivalent qualification, would be advantageous.
Salary and benefits
Your starting salary will range from $4,000 to $6,500. Your exact salary takes into consideration:
- Relevant experience and time spent on the job.
- Academic training.
- Full-time National Service, if applicable.
You will also be eligible for these benefits:

- Time off during school holidays, if your services are not required during that time.
