Super Bean International Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Food United Holdings, a holding company that operates the Mr Bean brand, a leading soy F&B chain with more than 70 stores in Singapore and Asia. The Mr Bean brand was started in 1995 to offer delicious and healthier soy products to customers of all ages. Today, this award winning brand is an iconic Singaporean brand which possesses the experience and technical expertise to create innovative and delectable soy based products. The company also operates Do Qoo, a young and vibrant F&B dessert concept.
The group has a strong management team and owns a manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art machinery for production of fresh soy milk, granola and other products. Super Bean International functions as the headquarter for all shared services for business entities under Food United Holdings. Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholars
Upon joining the company, Talent will be offered Management Associate position and undergo a 24 months Talent Development Programme. Talent will be rotated to various departments such as, Branding and Marketing, Retail Operations, R & D, Production Kitchen, Procurement, Franchise and Business Development. A senior management staff will be assigned as mentor to the Talent.
Talents might have the opportunity to be deployed to our overseas franchisee, to undergo 2 months’ overseas attachment.
Upon completion of 24 months’ Talent Development Programme, Management Associate will be selected to take on the role of Assistant Manager in department best suited to their strength.
