Super Bean International Pte Ltd

Super Bean International is the leading soya bean food & beverage chain operator in Singapore with over 76 outlets under the well-loved Mr Bean brand. With over 25 years serving up healthy and creative products to customers here, the award-winning Mr Bean has recently been executing a regional expansion program to “connect life’s simple pleasures” to people in all over Asia. It currently has branches in Japan, Korea and Vietnam.

With strong operational systems and improving economies of scale, Super Bean International is looking beyond the “hardware” to exploit opportunities from the largely untapped human capital aspects to improve revenue and margins while providing sustainable growth for the group’s future.

As the group starts to capture more of its sales from overseas markets and the complexity of its network rise, it will need to provide better systems and planning, including the setup of longer term initiative such as talent development programs in order to meet the new demands of the business.

Super Bean International’s needs: to develop a HR strategy that supports its business growth objectives and to put in place a firm HR platform from which it can continue to build up its human capital capabilities over time.
