Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholars

Scholars will have the opportunities to undergo internships and participate in projects on renewables, technology, digitalization, technology, assets and facilities management and so on towards energy efficiency and carbon reduction towards carbon neutral economy for sustainability.

Upon graduation, they will be on a twelve-month on-the-job training programme and participate in projects or work contribution with assigned roles. Concurrently they will also undergo internal ENGIE trainings for their assimilation into our ENGIE culture and work environment.
