Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific is the headquarters for the Asia Pacific region. Their location consists of two main buildings, housing a total of 2,100 employees of 23 nationalities. The main office at Kallang Sector houses our regional sales and marketing teams and supporting central functions. The manufacturing plant at Kallang Way is where 1,300 employees work in the global backend test manufacturing and innovation site, a Smart factory that is spearheading Industry 4.0 for backend production.
