Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholars
Scholars are invited to join ISS Global or Local Management Traineeship Programme which offers cross-culture exchange, oversea attachment as well as a diverse local exposure to business, operation and people excellence and structured learning roadmaps.
With the push to digitalise the sector that will replace conventional FM processes, scholars will be involved in transforming jobs that will be done in newer ways through the use of human and machine collaboration. Scholars will also support ISS Service, Leadership & Key Account Management training which are designed and distributed by ISS Headquarter in Copenhagen, of which training content is derived from its global footprints & best practices in the international FM space.
Scholars upon successful completion of ISS programmes may be offered managerial or specialist job roles tailored to suit individual potential and performance level.
