Established since 1969, Hock Lian Seng Infrastructure Pte Ltd is a market leader in the field of Civil and infrastructure engineering. Hock Lian Seng is a registered A1 contractor in civil engineering with the Building Construction Building Authority of Singapore.

Nature of Main Business

We carry out civil engineering works for bridges, expressways, tunnels, MRT station, port facilities, water and sewage facilities, airport parking apron, airport taxiways, airport runway and other infrastructure works. For over 50 years, we have undertaken and completed a wide range of civil engineering projects for both the public and private sectors in Singapore. A number of these projects have been conferred “ Construction Excellence” awards and recognized landmarks in Singapore.
