Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholars
- Pre-Service: We offer internship programs to undergraduates, mentoring, and on-the-job training and development.
- In-Service: On-the-job training, projects, mentoring, learning and development programs. Scholars will be assessed and evaluated for career progression.
Scholars will be assigned to the subsidiaries under Advanced MedTech according to their field of studies. The group has open positions under the Life Science and Tools segment which requires expertise in Engineering, Material Science, Business Administration and Biomedical Engineering. The group aim to develop and groom young talent as future leaders who could drive and propel the growth of Advance MedTech.
