NUS is a comprehensive and research-intensive university. It offers a diverse spectrum of courses, including multidisciplinary and cross-faculty academic programmes such as the College of Humanities and Sciences, as well as the upcoming College of Design and Engineering and New College.

NUS is a comprehensive university with 17 faculties and schools at three campuses, and the largest student population of the six universities. It offers a diverse spectrum of courses through its multidisciplinary and cross-faculty academic programmes. NUS has recently introduced major curriculum enhancements to offer more opportunities for interdisciplinary learning and more flexibility for students to choose their areas of specialisation. These I include the establishment of the College of Humanities and Sciences (CHS), the New College and the College of Design and Engineering.

NUS is also known for its strong global programmes, such as the NUS Overseas Colleges (NOC) as well as student-exchange, double-degree and joint-degree programmes with some of the world’s top universities. It has also established five residential colleges that blend a multidisciplinary undergraduate curriculum with on-campus living and co-academic activities.

Graduate Employment Survey (GES)

GES is jointly conducted by NTU, NUS, SIT, SMU, SUSS and SUTD annually to survey the employment conditions of graduates about 6 months after their final examinations.
