Raffles Girls' Primary School Emerges as Champions of Cepat Tepat Game Show

Raffles Girls' Primary School has clinched the top spot after correctly answering the most quiz questions on the month-long television game show Cepat Tepat, which challenged contestants on their knowledge of Malay language and culture through quizzes and activities such as Peribahasa (Malay idioms) and traditional games. The winning team will bring home a trophy and individual prizes worth $7,500, including a personal laptop, as well as book hampers and vouchers (Please see Annex for the list of schools which competed in the final round).

2. Second Minister for Education and Chairperson of the Malay Language Learning and Promotion Committee (MLLPC), Dr Maliki Osman, was the Guest-of-Honour in the final episode of Cepat Tepat on Suria, where he gave out prizes to all schools which competed from the quarterfinals stage.

3. Organised by the MLLPC in collaboration with Mediacorp, Cepat Tepat was held in conjunction with this year's Bulan Bahasa (Malay Language Month) to spark students' interest in Malay language and culture. For more information on the MLLPC's activities, please visit https://www.mllpc.sg.
