Bachelor of Arts in Architecture

The programme is a preeminent four-year Honours degree programme that serves as the core foundation for concurrent Master programmes offered by NUS Architecture.

The BA (Arch) programme equips students with theoretical and practical skills in architecture, focusing on sustainable practices, innovation, and inclusivity, using Singapore's diverse setting as a base.

Internship

Students can complete a non-compulsory internship related to Architecture of at least one semester.

Work study option

Student can map one semester of industrial attachment to AR4421 (8MCs).

Overseas exposure programme

Usually for one semester / non-compulsory.

Students have to fulfill the following requirements in order to be considered for the exchange program:

  • Minimum CAP of 3.0
  • Minimum C grade in all modules taken
  • Satisfactory performance in Design modules
  • Architecture students can participate in SEP in Semester 2 of their 2nd year OR Semester 1 of their 3rd or 4th year of study.
  • Students are only allowed to participate in one round of SEP of one semester only.
