1. Overview
As a Vice-Principal (Administration), you are a key member of the school’s senior management team, overseeing all non-curriculum areas.
Leading a team of Executive and Administrative Staff (EAS), you will work with and support School Leaders through effective school administration and efficient management of resources.

Responsibilities and Competencies

You will work with the Principal in the following areas:
- Lead and oversee school's operations, processes and execution through a good understanding of prevailing policies, guidelines and systems related to finance, procurement and HR.
- Oversee the planning and allocation of budget and resources.
- Drive and promote the use of IT to enhance school processes and increase productivity.
Requirements
- Possess good understanding of prevailing policies in finance, procurement, and HR.
- A dynamic and highly driven individual with strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and leadership skills.
Salary and Benefits
Your starting salary will range from $8,500 to $9,500.
