Administration Manager
1. Overview
Administration Managers play a key role in the general administration of the school.
Supervising a small team of Executive and Administrative Staff (EAS), you will support School Leaders to meet strategic needs in the areas of finance, Human Resources (HR), and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities and Competencies

Support school leaders in the following areas:
- Oversee school's operations, processes and execution through a good understanding of prevailing policies, guidelines and systems related to finance, procurement and HR.
- Plan and allocate budget and resources.
- Harness knowledge of IT and use it effectively to enhance school processes and increase productivity.
Requirements
- A dynamic and motivated individual with a keen interest in continuous improvement and work excellence.
- Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and work well in teams.
- A keen interest in ICT and prior experience in IT or project management would be an advantage.
Salary and Benefits
Your starting salary will range from $3,300 to $7,700.
